The opening of the brand-new See Poy Roberts building adds an additional 64 beds to Warrina site.
The new facility offers outstanding residential facilities that encompass a homely environment for residents with amazing single
and companion bedrooms to suit everyone.
Carefully chosen soft furnishings and moulded modern colour schemes help to ensure the atmosphere is homely and relaxing.
Landscape gardens, natural protected forest and the Warrina Lakes recreational complex provides stunning views from rooms and wide, protected balconies.
Committed to the overall wellness of our residents, Warrina continues to feature schedules of activities for our residents co-ordinated
by our team of committed Leisure & Lifestyle officers.
The New Building features large single rooms (approx. 29m²-33m²) with private ensuite in a comfortable modern environment.
All rooms includes:
High quality bedding including colour-coordinated linen and hypo-allergenic pillows.
An ensuite with colour-coded bathroom tapware, grab rails and 3-in-1 bathroom ducted heat /light/exhaust ceiling fixtures.
Fitted with TV bracket and quality stain resistant flooring.
Other room fittings include nurse call-points and picture rails.
The shared rooms provide accommodation for two persons.
Large windows allow natural light into each room and views to our landscaped grounds and gardens.
Rooms are in close proximity to the lounge and dining rooms, the sitting nook and have access to the balconies overlooking the gardens
and views of Warrina Lakes.
The rooms are located close to the facility entrance, treatment room and nurses’ station.
Areas are all located within easy access from our resident’s rooms and include attractive lounge, modern kitchenette and dining rooms.
Residents can also relax in the sitting room or outside on the balconies.
Common areas are attractively furnished with a large screen digital TV, varied colour schemes, local art deco and occasional tables.
Outdoor areas include comfortable settees.
Large windows provide natural light to our common facilities and the glass doors are utilised for external access to our balconies
and ramps to our landscaped grounds and gardens.
Wi-Fi is enabled throughout the facility offering opportunities for communication and relaxation options.
The Refundable Accommodation payment (RAD) ranges from $320,000.00 to $520,000.00.
Residents can choose to pay for their accommodation by a refundable deposit, a daily payment, or a combination of both.
A refundable deposit is paid as a lump sum payment.
As an example = The refundable Accommodation Payment (RAD) is $450,000.00 and the Maximum Accommodation Payment (DAP) is $97.40
A daily payment accrues daily and is paid periodically monthly in advance. A combination payment includes both a partial lump sum and daily payments.

Currently the Maximum Permissible interest Rate is 8.15% (1st October 2023 – 31st December 2023).
