If you are interested or require further information regarding a unit at the Lakes Retirement Village please contact the Lakes Retirement Village Manager to discuss any further questions, arrange an orientation of the Village and a unit and to obtain a Village Comparison Document (VCD) and Prospective Cost Document (PCD).
Interested persons can request an application available here or from the Lakes Retirement Manager. See contact us.

If you decide to further your interest with the Lakes Retirement Village, a Prospective Cost Document (PCD) will be given to you.
It is very important that you read and understand the Prospective Cost Document.
Please take the time to read the PCD and all associated documentation carefully and it is recommended you seek legal advice.
Seek an explanation of anything you do not understand with the Lakes Retirement Village Manager and/or your Solicitor.
