Residents pay a weekly General Service charged – As of 1st July 2021 this amounted to $128.87 per week consisting of:
General Service Fee – $104.37
Maintenance Reserve Fee – $24.50
Weekly fees cover:
- Management and staff costs
- Rates and water usage
- General insurance on units and facilities (excluding personal contents insurance)
- Community electricity accounts
- Repairs and maintenance to units
- 24 hours monitored emergency call system
- Maintenance of gardens and grounds
- Contribution to the maintenance reserve fund
Additional Electrical White goods i.e., air conditioner, dryer, deep freezer, second refrigerator – (1 – $3.50; 2 – $7.00; 3 – $10.50)
The Village’s maintenance and grounds staff take care of all external maintenance.
Maintenance of village capital items including the internals of resident units is provided by staff or external contractors.
It is the residents’ responsibility to maintain resident owned items, furniture and personal effects.
