Testimonials for Warrina and its Staff:

Patience and Kindness

Congratulations to the staff of SCU on being so caring to our Mum. Since becoming a resident in SCU and although mums condition is permanent, the staff and carers show such patience and kindness, it is a pleasure to visit Mum. Knowing she receives great care, attention, love and compassion. Thank you for all your efforts ensuring Mum is as best she can be.

Too many to thank

This is my third attempt to compliment ALL the staff of Hostel. My problem has been including the names of staff, there was a very long list and they were only the ones I have seen. To the Hostel staff my deepest thanks for the excellent, professional and kind care you have delivered to my husband.

Concert Fun

The concert held in the Nursing Home was very good. The maintenance men looked really good dancing. To the people that organised it, thank you for a good morning. From Nursing Home residents Frank Galipo and Bill Simmonds.

Compliment

This email is to formally thank you and all your staff for your skill, consideration and empathy in caring for my mother during her time with you all at Warrina. I appreciate all the help and advice you all gave me.  But most importantly, all staff, without exception, who came into contact with my mother, tended to her needs with the utmost professionalism and empathy. My mother enjoyed her stay with you all very much and she really appreciated her interaction with nurses, nursing assistants, cleaners, therapists, admin staff and any others who assisted her.

You all deserve the highest accolades possible. Best wishes and see you all again somewhere, sometime, someday.
